Simply fill in the form with your personal details, how many pairs you’re claiming for, along with photos of any damage.

Once you’ve submitted your claim, you’ll hear from Darn Tough within two business days. If the claim has been approved, Darn Tough will ask for a photo of the toes cut off from your old socks. Points will then be added to your Darn Tough account, where you can grab your warranty pair for free.

3. Check emails
4. Warranty confirmed, send a photo of the toes cut off the old socks to complete claim
5. Points added to your account, now it’s time to order fresh new socks

Additional Tips

To keep your socks in the best condition, we recommend turning them inside out when you wash them. This helps to clean the looped knit and washes the socks properly. We also strongly recommend using merino wash only. Using merino wash will help to stop your socks from getting clogged up with dirt and sweat, which can happen when using supermarket laundry detergent.
