With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

The best thing about Petzl crampons is the high quality steel material that produces nice sharp points that stay sharp for ages and bite securely into hard ice and packed snow. This super hard steel material is far less likely to blunt, bend or break making Petzl crampons the choice of mountain guides across the world.
This technical mountaineering 12 point Sarken crampon is designed for more strenuous routes and demanding users and is beefed up with a specific heat treatment process to increase fatigue strength and structural reinforcements to reduce twisting and increase durability. The two aggresive and reinforced front points are designed for excellent penetration of hard ice and provide a stable platform on mixed ground. The specially designed second row of teeth are angled towards the front pair to provide additional support and penetration when front pointing. A third row of teeth optimise bite on hard packed snow and ice whilst the fourth pair of teeth on the forefoot plate provide stability when descending or traversing. The rear plate features four teeth, two angled forward for safe traversing and descending and two angled at 45° for extra purchase on the way down.
The Leverlock binding system requires boots with a dedicated crampon compatible sole unit to function correctly. Polymer material wraps around the toe of the boots for a really secure and flexible fit whilst the locking heel bail really locks the crampons securely to the heel of your boots. A neat design feature is that you can set the Sarken to work with either fully rigid or flexible boots simply be re-positioning the linkage bar in the front section of the crampon. The linkage bar has twin rows of offset sizing holes so you can get the perfect fit and the crampons are supplied with anti-snow plates to prevent snow and ice from balling up underneath.
When not required the Sarken crampons collapse down neatly thanks to the way the linkage bar slides up underneath the front plates dramatically shortening their overall length.
