Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online, combined with the same personal retail experience that you'd receive in our Hereford shop. Simply order your items, select Click & Collect and when your order is ready for collection we will contact you using the phone number provided when the order was placed. Best of all the service is completely FREE!
How Click & Collect works
1. Add your items to your basket
Use our website to browse our vast catalogue of clothing and equipment and add any items to your basket that tickle your fancy.
2. Checkout using Click & Collect
Scroll down and choose Click & Collect as your delivery method. Enter your postcode and find our location on the map.
3. Choose 'Trekitt Hereford' and collect your items
Choose our Hereford shop (please note, we are a single shop and are only based in Hereford), click continue, complete the rest of our standard checkout steps.
4. Order Notifications
We will send an order confirmation via email after you have placed your order, letting you know that your order has been received.
Once your order has been picked and processed we will then send you your receipt.
This does not mean your order is ready for collection, like all good things, they come to those who wait.
5. Collection
We will contact you using the phone number that was supplied during the checkout stages when your order is ready for collection. We strongly recommend using your mobile number so we can contact you if you aren’t at home.

When can I collect my order?
We will contact you (using the number provided during checkout stages) as soon as your order is ready for collection at the Hereford shop. Click and collect orders are normally ready within 1-2 working days but can often be sooner.
If you are in a desperate hurry, and have left ordering to the last minute, please contact us before travelling and we will try our very best to have your click and collect order ready.
What do I need to collect my order?
Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence).
We will hold your order for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to the shop please feel free to contact us and we will happily extend this time.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection.
How do I cancel/change my order?
