What is it made of?
The Merino 125 Cool-Lite T-Shirt is made with Cool-Lite™ jersey, which comprises a responsible, biodegradable blend of Tencel™ Lyocell and merino wool, making it a much more eco-friendly choice than synthetic-based alternatives! This blend of fibres creates a luxurious cooling effect on the skin, thanks to its technical properties and breathable, lightweight nature.
Tencel™ fibres are produced from responsibly sourced wood pulp using responsible processes and are certified as compostable and biodegradable. Despite this, they're still super soft and breathable to wear next to the skin, so don't be fooled! Tencel™ carries multiple certifications in terms of sustainability, including the USDA biobased product certification and an EU Ecolabel, and it has a European Award for the Environment.
Merino wool is a natural material renowned for its fantastic performance properties, being soft, breathable, fast drying, and odour resistant; you'll be grateful for it on a hot day!
