What is the Raven 20?
It's a durable backpack for everyday use and outdoor lifestyles, whether commuting to work, heading to uni or taking the family for a day out. The Raven 20 has 20 litres of organisation and plenty of storage options to keep your belongings in check, including a padded laptop sleeve and security pocket.
What is it made of?
The Raven Backpack is made using G1000® HeavyDuty Eco - one of Fjallraven's signature materials.
G1000® HeavyDuty Eco comprises a blend of 65% recycled polyester and 35% cotton, which is exceptionally hardwearing to withstand wear and abrasion from regular use. G1000® HeavyDuty Eco is impregnated with Greenland Wax on either side, taking the already durable G100® material to a whole new level.
G1000® textiles can be further adapted to different personal preferences or climatic conditions using Greenland Wax. The wax allows you to customise the fabric's properties, such as wind and water resistance and breathability.

What are its features?
The padded, airmesh back panel enhances ventilation on the back. It improves comfort by preventing items inside from digging in and making the back of the pack generally softer. The shoulder straps are also lightly padded, so they feel comfy to wear for longer periods or when the load is heavier.
A large zip opening takes you to the main compartment, which has plenty of space for packed lunches, extra layers of clothing or a pair of old-school headphones. You'll also find the padded laptop sleeve in the main compartment, which fits laptops up to 15 inches.
An inner zipped security pocket gives you a safe place to keep keys, a mobile phone or a wallet. There's also a fleece-lined top pocket that is perfect for sunglasses, where they're less likely to get scratched and are within easy reach if you want to grab them quickly.
The front compartment has mesh organiser pockets inside for stationary and notebooks, which is also fastened with a secure zip fastening.
At the front of the pack is an extra pocket with plenty of room for books and laptop chargers. Open side pockets give you somewhere to tuck away chunky water bottles you don't want to risk leaking inside.
Webbing loops give you an additional storage option on the exterior of the bag. You can clip certain items on if you can't fit them inside, like bike helmets, bicycle locks or water bottles.
Finally, there's a durable handle at the top of the pack if you need a quick grab-and-go option when running for the bus.
