What is the Arrow Hooded Jacket?
It's a comfortable, warm, wind resistant jacket that offers maximum freedom of movement and moisture wicking for steep, technical ascents and various activities in exposed conditions, including mountaineering, climbing, scrambling and hiking.
What is it made of?
It's made using a lightweight double-weave softshell fabric that provides wind, water and abrasion resistance with exceptional breathability, comfort and stretch - perfect for steep or more technical ascents. It also has a soft inner fabric that actively wicks away sweat while moving and adds warmth for cold mornings or higher altitude excursions.
What are its features?
The elastane-bound Mountain HC Hood can fit over a helmet but may not feel as comfortable or protective as the usual helmet-compatible hoods, as primarily it's designed to go without. Without a helmet, it offers complete protection and great vision.
It also comes in a tighter Active Fit, features coverstitched seams to reduce chafing, especially when wearing a pack or climbing harness and a full-length main zip which offers valuable ventilation.
For storage, there's a napoleon chest pocket for your phone, keys, etc, and two hand pockets which are great for snacks and energy gels.
Finally, adjustable dual tether hem drawcords allow you to cinch in the bottom, helping to keep the breeze and weather out and keep the warmth in, while allowing you to fit layers underneath.
