What are the Ineo Mission Pants?
Whether you’re out on a frosty boxing day hike, trekking up the fells in the snow or exploring new mountain ranges in the chilly Autumnal breeze, the Ineo Mission pants are what you want to be doing it in. The Ineo Mission Pants are the winter-weight version of the already well-loved Ineo Pro Pants. With extra features and reinforcements, the Ineo Missions are the perfect layer for moving fast in the mountains in colder temperatures.
What are they made of?
The Ineo Missions are made out of a Mala Thermal fabric with Cordura. The tough, abrasion resistant Cordura face fabric has a warm, brushed backer for great next to skin comfort. This fabric is also incredibly stretchy for excellent freedom of movement when scrambling and mountaineering as well as hill walking.
This fabric is then given a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) treatment to make the Ineo Missions weather-shedding. This doesn’t make them waterproof, however thanks to their great next-to-skin comfort and slim fit the Ineo Mission make a great layer underneath waterproof over trousers.
What are the features?
The Ineo Missions share a lot of the same features with the Ineo Pro’s – plus a couple of extra features that make them more suitable in the winter months. The comfortable, pre-elasticated, low profile waistband features a drawcord and sits comfortably underneath a harness or rucksack hip belt. Two generously sized zippered, mesh lined hand pockets are the perfect place to stash your phone or compass.
How do they fit?
The Ineo Missions have a Slim fit. This means that they are tailored to sit closer to the leg than ‘classic’ fit trousers. The Ineo Missions also have articulated knees for excellent freedom of movement.
