We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions

The built-in surge allowances and multi-stage protection means great compatibility with more devices ranging from lights to laptops, refrigerators to power tools, giving you the confidence to power anything, anywhere.

As well as taking the Yeti on van trips, it also doubles up well as a handy battery to keep in the house in case of power shortages – or, to take power to your shed. It’s been designed as an alternative to gasoline-powered inverter generators to run power tools, lights, refrigerators and medical devices when you have no other source of power. An added bonus to having the Yeti over a gasoline generator is that it’s incredibly quiet and much lighter. Lithium batteries are known for their excellent power to weight ratio – the same output from a generator would require a far heavier beast that would be difficult to move and is far more taxing on the environment.

The Yeti features a magnitude of versatile powering options – 10 to be exact! It features higher surge capacities for greater compatibility with more power-hungry devices, and the latest in USB-C Power Delivery capable of charging larger USB devices like laptops - so you can charge a plethora of devices all at the same time! On the front of the Yeti you also have an informative display that features a runtime/recharge time estimator as well as a battery level monitor and an output/input meter. The Yeti is built with quality lithium cells, known for stability, monitored by a state-of-the-art battery management system that prevents over-charge, over-current, and short circuiting. The battery pack is enclosed in a water-tight enclosure that seals it from the elements.

To recharge the Yeti simply plug it into the wall and it’ll fully recharge in around 25 hours. Recharge times vary with the size of the solar panel – for example, The Boulder 200 Briefcase will fully recharge the Yeti 1400 Lithium in about 14-25 hours.
