What is the Vision airNET?
It's a super lightweight, fully featured climbing harness that suits a variety of adventurers, whether you're a mountain guide, professional climber or simply an adventurer wanting to push your limits on ice or rock. Thanks to the built-in Recco Reflector, the Vision airNET is also a much safer option than conventional harnesses for climbing in remote environments.
What is it made of?
This specific airNET Construction® uses an abrasion-resistant, breathable shell fabric that is lightweight yet incredibly durable for tackling rough terrain and jagged rock faces. It shares the load with a lightweight Dynex net which also enhances durability and breathability thanks to its mesh-like structure.
A soft, breathable, quick-drying lining can wick away moisture effectively to prevent sweat or condensation from building up when working hard.
The use of patented airNET Technology® and materials ensures minimum weight with maximum packability, providing high-end performance and functionality whilst distributing the load evenly during falls.
What are its features?
A no-sew bonded edge feels comfortable next to the skin or when worn with thinner layers, and increases durability by neatly finishing and covering the seams.
The RECCO reflector increases your safety tenfold by making you more searchable to rescuers in worst-case scenarios without the need for power or manual activation. RECCO® technology was initially designed in response to an avalanche tragedy and launched in 1983. It's a two-part system that enables rapid, directional pinpointing of your precise location with a harmonic radar, helping you feel more protected during extreme activities in remote environments.
A patented, full-strength Infinity Loop provides durability for belaying, eliminating the dreaded loop shift when the belay seam catches. The loop is lightweight and seamless, ensuring complete reliability whilst keeping weight to a minimum.
Four Ice Clipper slots provide ample storage and help to space out your gear. There are also four pressure moulded gear loops in the front and one low-profile webbing gear loop at the rear to secure essentials you want to keep handy.
