What is the Coefficient Storm Hoodie?
The Coefficient Storm FZ Hoodie is a full-zip hoodie designed for active mountain pursuits and climbing in cooler climates. Thanks to its versatile construction, you could wear it as a warm yet breathable midlayer or a light outer layer when working up a sweat.
What is it made of?
The Coefficient Storm Hoodie is made with a stretchy gridded fleece that provides ample freedom of movement and warmth with exceptional breathability for efficient temperature regulation.
It's treated with a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) and wind-resistant coating to enhance abrasion and weather resistance without using harmful 'forever chemicals'. DWR encourages light rain to bead off the material instead of soaking in, although please note this doesn't make it fully waterproof. If the forecast looks wet, you'd best wear a shell jacket over the top!
This fabric is also bluesign® approved, meaning it's manufactured in a way that is safe for the environment, workers and consumers. bluesign® certifications ensure that the materials used avoid harmful substances, use reduced air and water emissions, increase resource productivity, and the production line is more transparent and trustworthy.
What are its features?
A zipped chest pocket and two hand pockets provide all the storage you need for small essentials such as energy gels, trail snacks, keys, a mobile phone or even treats and doggy bags for the pup.
The hood provides coverage for the head and neck for exploring or ascending exposed terrain.
The entire hoodie stows away into its own hand pocket and has a carabiner clip loop, meaning you could hook it to a harness or hip belt to keep it within reach when you're not wearing it.
