90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Transition Windstopper Gloves?

These are the ultimate gloves for winter ascents and tackling exposed routes. The Transition Windstopper Gloves have built-in Gore-Tex® Infinium™ Windstopper, offering top protection from the elements without compromising comfort and precision.

What are they made of?

Rab has constructed these gloves with a three layer Gore-Tex® Infinium™ Windstopper membrane, providing maximum protection from harsh winds.

Gore-Tex® Infinium™ Windstopper blocks all wind, so you don't have to worry about that icy wind chill numbing your fingers. The technology still allows plenty of breathability, helping prevent moisture build-up inside the gloves, keeping you comfortable and managing temperature during intense activity. The material can resist water, encouraging light rain or snow to bead away. However, unfortunately, this doesn't mean they are fully waterproof, so if submerged, they will not keep your paws completely dry.

What are their features?

A lot of the tech within these clever little gloves comes within the fabric membrane - the material is where the magic happens!

However, the fun doesn't stop there. The Transition Windstopper Gloves have a conductive print on the index finger and thumb, allowing you to use smartphones with the gloves still on. A silicone print on the palm allows exceptional grip, perfect for scrambling over technical terrain and rock when you need a little extra stability.

These gloves fit comfortably close to the skin, retaining warmth and allowing you to get more precision under the hands. Optimal stretch improves the fit and overall comfort, giving you much more flexibility and freedom of movement for handling kit. In-pattern branding finishes the design giving them a bold, contemporary look.

2Waist

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
