What are they made from?
Sealskinz uses a combination of a durable nylon knitted outer and their own Aquasealz™ waterproof membrane to keep your hands warm and dry, whatever the adventure.
Sealskinz Aquasealz™ waterproof membrane is a triple-layer design consisting of a high-performance hydrophilic membrane sandwiched between a durable outer layer and a soft, moisture-wicking inner layer. Unlike traditional hydrophobic membranes, this hydrophilic membrane is made from materials that attract water molecules, allowing them to draw moisture through the membrane much more effectively. Allowing moisture vapour from the body to escape to the outside of the gloves keeps you feeling dry and comfortable, no matter how hard you’re working.
What are their features?
As previously mentioned, the gloves feature Sealskinz Aquasealz™ technology for highly breathable waterproof protection and a knitted outer for comfort and durability. A S-printed palm provides excellent grip for a variety of outdoor activities when you need to be holding onto poles, handlebars, tools or equipment for long periods.
The gloves are touchscreen compatible, allowing you to operate your mobile phone or GPS device easily without exposing your hands to the cold.
