90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Abisko Pack Cap?

It's a light and flexible cap made to protect you from the sun when hiking and trekking in warm climates. Made from durable, fast-drying G-1000 Lite Eco, it's highly packable and easy to stuff in your pocket when not in use.

What is it made from?

The Abisko Pack Cap is made from Fjallraven's G1000 Lite Eco, which comprises recycled polyester and organic cotton. The fabric is smooth and durable to resist regular wear easily while protecting you from UV rays. This lightweight yet robust fabric is lightly waxed to offer light weather resistance. You can adapt the weather resistance of the cap and customise the fabric's properties, such as breathability, wind and water resistance by using Fjallraven's Greenland Wax, which can be applied to the material virtually anywhere!

What are its features?

Being a cap, the Abisko Pack Cap has a limited feature set. It does, however, have a soft foldable brim to make packing it down into a pocket easier, a drawcord adjustment to the back for the perfect fit and a little folded leather tab with the Fjällräven fox on the side of the cap to finish.
