90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Aenergy Light Cap?

It's a super lightweight peaked cap designed for on-the-go activities, whether mountaineering, hiking or running daily errands.

What is it made of?

This hat comprises recycled polyester that feels smooth against the skin. It's lightweight, low bulk and fast drying to help avoid sweat build-up when working hard.

Mammut works with FairWear to ensure safe, ethical working conditions in their factories, helping to protect workers' rights and being considerate and responsible with their processes.

What are its features?

The folding peak lets you easily pack this hat into a jacket pocket, backpack or running vest without taking up excessive room. Weighing a mere 43g, you'll barely even notice carrying it!

You can adjust the fit at the back of the cap using the drawstring and stopper. The design is finished with a subtle Mammut logo on the front panel, just above the peak.
