90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions

What is the Khroma Bobble Beanie?

This beanie hat offers supreme comfort and cosiness to keep you toasty all winter long. It uses a traditional turn up style, has a big, chunky bobble that sits on the crown of the head, and is even made with 100% recycled materials!

What is it made of?

This bobble hat is made with double layer knit, 100% recycled polyester with a fine gauge knit construction, so it's a little more sustainable than your usual beanie! But not to fear, even with recycled fabric, it doesn't skimp on quality.

The main fabric feels smooth on the skin and stretches to fit various head shapes and sizes.

What are its features?

A rib turn up on the bottom gives it a more retro, traditional look. This beanie feels really natural and comfy against the skin, so you can wear it for long periods without it pressing too hard against your head.

The hat is finished with a seasonal print and subtle logo tag on the turn up.

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
