90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Talus Cap?

It's a highly breathable, moisture wicking, lightweight cap designed for fast paced activities both at ground level or in the mountains. Whether trail running, fastpacking, track running or even hiking at the weekend, it'll protect your face from all weather and won't leave you feeling sticky up top after working up a sweat.

What is it made of?

The cap is made with a mixture of lightweight, woven recycled polyester and breathable mesh around the sides to provide efficient moisture wicking performance. The 3D headband inside is constructed with high wicking mesh that helps move sweat away from the skin to keep you feeling dry and comfortable during intense activities.

What are its features?

The stiff, curved peak shields your face from rain and sun without adding excessive weight or bulk to the design.

You can adjust the hat to your head size and shape using the low-profile clip adjuster at the back.

Overall, it has a sleek and simple design to keep the weight down, perfect for slipping into a running pack, belt pack or backpack in case you need it.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
