90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

What is the Transition Windstopper Beanie?

This hat is the ultimate accessory to keep your head warm (obviously). It's a low bulk beanie hat that feels and looks fantastic. It uses Windstopper technology to keep the breeze out for optimum effectiveness and warmth in harsh conditions.

What is it made of?

The beanie uses a three layer membrane with Thermic™ G Grid Backer recycled polyester fleece and Gore-Tex® Infinium™ with Windstopper technology.

Thermic™ G Grid Backer recycled polyester fleece helps trap warm air and reduce overall weight. It's a breathable material that can quickly wick away moisture.

Gore-Tex Infinium™ is lightweight and highly effective. It has built-in Windstopper technology that helps keep the harsh conditions out, providing warmth, water resistance, and windproof protection. Gore-Tex Infinium™ with Windstopper® provides maximum breathability - it manages moisture effectively so that it doesn't build up inside the hat, keeping the sweat at bay during intense sessions in the mountains.

What are the features?

Overall, the beanie feels flexible and low bulk, so it's easy to fit under a hood if you want extra protection or if the heavens start to open. It has a three layer membrane headband that is light, breathable and moisture wicking. The fabric is really stretchy to adapt to various head shapes and sizes easily.

The comfortable, close fitting shape keeps the hat secured to your head without feeling restrictive or compressive around the temples, so exposed routes and high winds will be no problem.

The outer edges of this beanie are laser cut which reduces the amount of seaming across the design, optimising comfort and feeling much smoother against the skin. In pattern branding finishes the design - it looks bold, unique, and will compliment any outdoor outfit!

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
