90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Transition Windstopper Headband?

It's a headband constructed with Gore-tex® Infinium™ Windstopper® to help regulate temperature and keep your ears warm in colder climates. It's windproof, stretchy and smooth against the skin, perfect for high-intensity mountain activities during the winter, such as fastpacking, trail running and fast hiking.

What is it made of?

This headband is made with a low bulk, three layer membrane with Gore-tex® Infinium™ Windstopper technology.

Gore-Tex Infinium™ is lightweight and highly effective. It has built-in Windstopper technology that helps keep the harsh conditions out, providing warmth, water resistance, and windproof protection. Gore-Tex® Infinium™ with Windstopper® provides maximum breathability - it manages moisture effectively so that it doesn't build up inside the band, keeping the sweat at bay during intense sessions in the mountains.

What are its features?

It has a close fitting profile that feels comfortable - not too tight on the head, making it ideal for day-long wear. The edges are laser cut to minimise seams, improving next-to-skin comfort and smoothness and lowering bulk. The material is super stretchy to optimise the fit around all different head shapes and sizes, finished with a geometric print and in-pattern branding.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
