With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

The Scole is a little different. We took a classic five-paneled cap design and combined it with our three-layer Aquasealz™ construction used in all our most durable waterproof products. Additionally, the waterproof zippered pocket and buttery soft nylon fabric will make this your new favourite everyday cap.
Aquasealz™ Waterproof Membrane and UV protective finish (UPF 40+). This construction means that our waterproof hats can withstand any amount of rain or snow while also keeping you cosy and warm.
Pocket space can be an issue when you're out on the trails, which is why we've fitted the Scole with a zippered waterproof credit card-sized pocket in case you need to pick up supplies mid-journey.

SealSkinz sock sizing information
Measure the length of your foot from heel to toe with a flexible tape measure. Check the measurement in centimetres against the SealSkinz sock size. The table also shows regular shoe sizes as a guide.
SealSkinz glove sizing information
Measure your dominant hand with a tape measure around the knuckles (your left if you are left handed and your right if you are right handed). The measurement in inches is your glove size, so if you measure 9 inches, you will need a medium glove. Tight gloves = cold hands, so if in doubt go up a size!
