90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the 4 Peaks Socks?

Good question! The 4 Peaks Socks are performance, mid-cushion hiking socks built with targeted technology and soft yet durable materials to keep you comfortable throughout your adventure.

They're designed in collaboration with renowned photographer, filmmaker and mountain sport athlete Jimmy Chin who was part of the first American team to ski off the summit of Mount Everest.

What are they made of?

These socks are made primarily of a merino wool blend that offers natural performance and durability. Merino wool is renowned for its natural odour resistance and moisture-wicking properties, reassuring you that your feet won't feel clammy and sweaty for the rest of the day. The material is extremely breathable and promotes temperature regulation to suit every season.

Infiknit™ high-filament nylon yarns are twisted into select areas of the footbed to increase durability for longer hikes and regular use.

Performance mesh maximises airflow to enhance temperature regulation and permeability, ideal for hot weather and humid climates.

The material is treated with FreshTek™, an antimicrobial (silver ion) wash that controls moisture and odour. So, you won't have to worry about offending your campmates once you arrive back at your tent after a long day of adventuring.

What are their features?

These socks are built with performance arch support which fights off strain and fatigue in the feet to help keep you moving and push on through the last leg of your mission. Targeted cushioning compliments the movement of the foot to increase comfort and take away the shock of moving on solid, rugged terrain.

As mentioned, this design has been created in collaboration with Jimmy Chin, the renowned photographer, filmmaker and mountain sports athlete who was part of the first American team to ski off the summit of Mount Everest. Chin has claimed many first ascents and been involved in huge films such as Free Solo, which follows climber Alex Honnold on his journey to free solo El Capitan of Yosemite Nation Park, making this an exciting collaboration!
