90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Heat Crew Socks?

They're durable, supportive socks designed with ultra-light cushioning to minimise weight and bulk for fast-paced activities. The Heat Crew Socks are ideal for trail running, ultrarunning, fastpacking, or even working out in your local gym.

What are they made of?

These socks are made using a blend of performance mesh and nylon. Mesh maximises airflow to enhance temperature regulation and permeability, ideal for hot weather and humid climates, whilst the Infiknit™ high-filament nylon yarns are twisted into select areas of the footbed to increase durability for longer runs and intense, high-impact activities.

The material is treated with FreshTek™, an antimicrobial (silver ion) wash that controls moisture and odour. So, you won't have to worry about offending loved ones when you arrive home after a session in warmer weather.

What are their features?

Performance arch support fights off foot strain and fatigue to help keep you moving and push through the last leg of your mission.

Graduated sports compression optimises blood flow to aid performance and recovery while helping to reduce swelling, pain or aching.

Small reflective logos finish the design nicely, giving you some extra visibility in poorer conditions or if you're exercising after dark.
