90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are the Sonic Boxers?

The Sonic Boxers are super soft, active boxer briefs constructed with fast wicking Motiv™ fabric to support you throughout the day, whether it's at work or exploring challenging alpine terrain.

What are they made of?

Constructed with fast wicking Motiv™ Aero fabric, these boxers provide breathable coverage whilst being soft enough for improved next-to-skin comfort.

Motiv™ Aero material is a single jersey fabric with a fine mesh structure and odour control, helping to wick away excess moisture and sweat, keeping you feeling fresh and supported all day long.

What are their features?

These briefs come with a branded, moisture wicking elasticated waistband to help optimise comfort and increase freedom of movement.

The single jersey fabric offers light, super soft coverage, with an odour control treatment for a clean, fresh feel. Microactive low bulk seams are smooth next to the skin to help prevent chafing and discomfort.

These are fantastic compared to regular cotton boxers, as the wicking technology prevents the fabric from holding water or sweat. This will help to regulate temperature whilst avoiding that cold, damp, heavy feeling next to the skin if you’ve been pushing your body to the limit.

How do they fit?

These briefs are slim fitting, to keep in the warmth and hug the body without feeling restrictive, helping to enhance the moisture wicking properties of the fabric.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
