90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What are they made from?

The Sports Mesh Boxers are made from a super soft, stretchy, breathable and lightweight mesh, made from moisture-wicking polyester and elastane for a durable four-way stretch.

What are their features?

The boxers have an anti-roll waistband that sits comfortably against the skin, helping it to stay in place throughout the day. The Three-D Fit™ nine-panel construction provides an ergonomic fit that supports the glutes, thighs, quads and hamstrings.

They're constructed with Flat Out Seams™, which are flatlock seams that lessen bulk to reduce the risk of chafing if worn in warmer climates or for more extended periods.

The specialised BallPark Pouch® is scientifically engineered to support 'your meat and two veg' inside two mesh wings, highlighted in the 3rd image above. This pouch offers friction-free comfort with zero chafing in any circumstance or activity. The breathable mesh panels also give a permanent divide by your thighs, eliminating any sweaty discomfort.
