90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Kiwi Shirt?

The Kiwi shirt is a versatile Polyester/Cotton blend shirt that protects you from both insects and the sun. It's clever technologies and moisture wicking properties mean that this shirt will be your best friend no matter where in the world you choose to take it. 

What is the Kiwi made of?

The Kiwi is made using 65% Polyester and 35% cotton - the combination of these two fabrics gives you a shirt that is not only highly effective at wicking away sweat but also feels good whilst doing so.

The shirt also uses Craghoppers NosiDefence technology - this technology is different from a coating - it isn't something that is applied to the garment after the shirt has been made. Instead, it is the very fabric itself - NosiDefence means that the fabric uses specially constructed fibres that are too tough for insects like mosquitoes to penetrate to protect you against any biting bug for the lifetime of the shirt. You also get a UPF50+ protection rating to shield you from the sun's harmful UV rays while in direct sunlight for long periods of time.

What are the features?

The Kiwi is loaded with clever features! You can roll and pin the sleeves up for extra ventilation on hot days and roll the collar up for added protection from the sun. No outdoor shirt would be complete without a plethora of pockets - The Kiwi has 3, one of which is a hidden zippered security pocket. A useful little feature that Craghoppers have given the Kiwi Shirt is a sunglasses wipe on the lower part of the shirt. This super soft wipe won't scratch a screen and allows you to see clearly while travelling without using your t-shirt as a substitute.
