90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The brand new Alpine Attack from Lowe Alpine has been designed and thoroughly tested by some of the worlds elite mountaineers to produce a lightweight and minimalist pack that performs superbly across all disciplines of modern mountaineering.

This pack is all about function and practicality, all the main contact points have been designed for easy use with winter gloves or mitts and there is enough clever storage options for winter axes, tools and skis. Lowe's ingenious "headlocker" system makes attaching and removing ice axes quick and easy and their load locker buckles and WebCatcher system for attaching skis are easy to use with bulky gloves yet incredibly secure.

Comfort has not been compromised and the adaptive fit hip belt and shoulder harness provide a comfortable carry whatever your size and shape. You can even strip down the hip belt and tuck away the padded section leaving a minimal webbing belt for use when wearing a harness, or stow the whole thing away if you don't need a waist belt at all. The shoulder straps have extra padding on the main load bearing points and less where it s not required. A tough, snow shedding, back panel with ventilation channels has an internal wire frame to save weight and provide essential support and load distribution. The foam padding can be removed for use as a bivvy mat or sit mat.

For versatile loading options the top lid can be extended to accommodate ropes or extra kit or it can be removed completely to create an uber lightweight summit pack; in fact you can strip this pack right down by also removing the back padding, frame, and compression system. The top lid is shelved to ensure you can look up easily when wearing a climbing helmet.

To make sure you get years of service from this superb pack it is made from Lowe's special Trishield Grid nylon ripstop fabric that has been impregnated with silicone to increase the tear strength by 20%.
