90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

A versatile day pack suitable for virtually any outdoor activity. The Eclipse 35 from Lowe Alpine; whether you run, bike, climb or hike this is right up your street. The Airmesh foam back features air channels for increased ventilation making it comfortable to carry whatever the weather throws at you.

This lightweight pack is an absolute pleasure to carry thanks to the soft contact areas and lightweight breathable mesh back panel. Despite its minimal weight the Eclipse is perfectly capable of coping with full-on mountain adventures and comes fully loaded with a set of features to allow you carry all the essentials.

This pack uses Lowe Alpine's unique Tip Gripper walking pole holders and has an ice axe loops for your tools, reinforced lash points allow for extra storage options and there are large stretch mesh pockets on the front and sides. Additional pockets on the hip belts and shoulder straps are ideal for storing things like phones, GPS and snacks.

The Eclipse is also hydration system compatible and has a small security zipped pocket on the front. The large stretch mesh pocket on the front of the Eclipse is perfect for storing damp waterproofs, providing easy access for those sudden downpours.

The entry zip is the clever bit about this brilliant pack with one side going all the way to the bottom of the bag and the other side stopping at the stretch side pocket. The twin zip pullers allow for different access options and basically means that you can get to the bottom of your pack without emptying or spilling the rest of the contents.
