90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Shivling Jacket is an exceptional year round piece crafted from the superb Gore-Tex Pro fabric; breathable, lightweight and waterproof. So whether you are walking, hiking even mountaineering, this jacket is lightweight and low bulk enough that you can always carry it just in case. The 40 denier Gore-Tex Pro fabric can take quite a bit of abuse as the face fabric itself is made from the ever so durable Nylon.

It's mountain HC hood isn’t made for extended helmet use but it does accommodate a helmet at a squeeze if you need it to, adding to this jackets overall versatility. The close Alpine Fit will allow layers underneath but it is designed to reduce the amount of dead space between layers and eliminate excess material. If you get too hot M.E. have popped in some pit-zips for when need to cool off quickly, which saves you stopping to delayer and losing all your momentum.

Most people are scared to wash and reproof their outdoor jackets, but like all equipment it does need to be maintained. It is actually really easy! Feel free to give the shop a call from 09:00 until 17:30 Monday to Saturday (19:30 on a Wednesday), as we are always happy to help and give friendly advice.
