90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

It has large pin back porch entrances on both sides of the tent, that when closed can be used to store your kit. So that you can enjoy this tent and make it last longer, we will chuck in the footprint for 1p! This great deal gives you a massive saving of £44.99! (providing we have the footprint in stock)

We are big fans of footpints, they do a brilliant job of protecting your groundsheet from damage from nasty sharp things, stones and other objects. The footprint also provides another layer of waterproofing which is particularly useful when camping in soggy conditions or on snow.

Man up and carry the extra weight, it's worth it to prolong the life of your tent.

To help maintain a decent amount of airflow inside the tent, there are 2 large vents that open relatively low on the tent to ensure that rain can’t get in even when fully opened. At the other end of the spectrum, for when the sun is shining and you are sure the rain will not creep in overnight. This tent is inner pitched, meaning you don’t have to use the flysheet, essentially giving you a free standing mosquito net that is mega breathable. Great on those warm muggy nights.

Inside the tent there are many storage options and even additional ceiling storage nets for your personal belongings and torch, just so you don’t lose them amongst the chaos that is the tent floor.
