90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Farpoint 70 is lightweight and extremely comfortable to carry, just what you would expect from an Osprey bag. The detachable day pack is useful when going out for day trips or can be suspended from the front of the large pack harness for easy access to travel documents and all that stuff you seem to need when travelling.  The large main compartment is well organized with internal mesh pockets and dual retention straps.  The smaller daypack has a removable webbing hip belt, two zipped side pockets and a laptop/hydration sleeve.

Load carrying is taken care off by the Lightwire alloy frame providing stability and load distribution whilst keeping the weight to a minimum.  Fully padded shoulder and three quarter ErgoPull hip belt provide a comfortable carry.  StraightJacket compression system really does work and can flatten a half full Farpoint for easier transportation or storage.

Padded top and side handles provide quick carrying options.
