90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

A 90 day return period and the Trekitt 2-year Common Sense Guarantee.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

Storage options won’t be a problem with the Kestrel 48, you get two massive zipped side pockets, two stretch mesh side pockets, hip belt pockets, a front stretch stash pocket, top pocket and internal mesh security pocket.  So plenty of pockets then!  The Kestrel 48 is fully hydration compatible with a clever external sleeve making replenishing your bladder quick and easy.  When using trekking poles the Stow-On-The-Go storage system is brilliant, when the poles are not required, collapse them and tuck them away without having to remove the pack.

The internal divider can be used to split the load whilst still allowing longer items such as tent poles to fit.  This top loading pack comes in two sizes with a full adjustable harness for a true custom fit. The Airspace back panel provides secure carrying yet breathable comfort. Stacked with all the usual Osprey features this is a truly versatile pack suitable for all activities.
