90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Transporter Flap?

The Transporter Flap is designed for everything urban. It's a comfy, tough, feature-packed rucksack for commuting, travelling and just generally using during everyday life.

What is it made of?

It's made from an ultra-tough TPU-coated 450D polyester. This fabric is one of the toughest Osprey use on their rucksacks and offers a high degree of water and abrasion resistance.

Which backsystem does it use?

It uses Osprey's AirScape system. This system comprises of a ridged layer of foam covered with a breathable mesh. The gaps created by the ridges allow sweat to escape and the mesh grips to clothing to stop the back wobbling about during use. To increase breathability even further, Osprey have removed the foam entirely in the upper-middle part of the backsystem.

What are its features?

It features an internal padded laptop sleeve, a padded tablet sleeve, a stretch mesh side bottle pocket, a front zipped organiser pocket, an internal clip to keep your keys safe and lastly a handy loop to attach a light to.
