90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Einstein 400 Headlamp by Nebo is a low-profile, compact 400-lumen rechargeable headlamp with 5 light modes - spanning wide beam to focused spotlight beam, the Einstein will have you covered no matter your adventure.

The included rechargeable battery allows for up to 8 hours of operation in between charges and is recharged using the Micro USB to USB charging cable that’s included with the head torch.

The Einstein 400 has 5 lighting modes:

Spotloight
• Turbo (400 lumens): 35 second intervals / 133 meters
• High (250 lumens): 45 minutes / 104 meters
• Low (50 lumens): 1.75 hours / 52 meters

COB Flood Light
• On (100 lumens): 1.5 hours / 14 meters

COB Red Light
• On (15 lumens): 8 hours / 5 meters

The body of the torch is made from an ultra-tough ABS and aluminium construction that resists knocks and abrasions, whist the comfortable, adjustable head strap keeps the torch in place, even when you’re out running or bouncing around. The torch is rated IPX4 water-resistant, so even in bad weather, you can rest assured that your torch will still work. The top-positioned buttons allow for easy power-ups and mode selection even when you have gloves on. The little charging indicator next to these buttons lets you know how much juice you have left.
