90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Muka is one of the most reliable, versatile and refined stoves available. It's perfect for expedition use and for when transporting large amounts of gas is out of the quesiton. The Muka is guaranteed to provide years of reliable service.

The pump has an emergency shut of button and a relativelylong and flexible tube compared to other liquid-fuel stoves. It also has a cool "Air" setting on the control dial, so when you are done cooking, flick it over to "Air"; this releases all the air in the fuel bottle, the flame is extinguishedand the fuel line is emptied all at the same time, reducing fuel residues leaking all over your kit.

On the side of the pump there is a pressure indicator so you know when the fuel bottle is at the optimum pressure which is indicated by a red line. Once lit, the stove only takes 10 seconds for the flame to stabiliseand you are ready to cook.

One of the most important parts on the Muka Stove is theMukaGenerator Unit (That little pipe the runs over the top of the burner head). This part of the stove atomisesthe fuel before it is ignited (cool fact;Mukais Japanese foratmoiser.) This is why theMukastove doesn't need to be primed like other, more traditional multi-fuel stoves.

Soto testing has revealed thatMukastove performance will be reduced after continuous burning of 20litresof fuel, so about 40x700mlbottles. That looks like a stupid bit of mathsbut remember, a 700mlbottle holds480mlof fuel. If the flame output seems weak then replace the generator tube.

Please note, this stove does not include the 700ml fuel bottle.
