What are the Hurricane XLT2 Sandals?
These durable, comfy sandals are designed for low-level outdoor activities like light hiking and hill walking. They can also be worn for everyday errands, casual outdoor activities, and summer travelling.
What are they made of?
The webbing straps are made using recycled plastic and comprise traceable, verifiable REPREVE® polyester yarns by Unifi®, which are incredibly robust and supportive.
A robust EVA footbed enhances comfort for all-day wear without adding excess bulk or weight. Plus, the EVA midsole offers lightweight cushioning for stepping over hard or rocky ground.
A nylon shank is built into the sandal to help stabilise and support your foot on uneven terrain, and a Rugged Durabrasion Rubber™ Outsole can withstand a ton of abuse while supplying excellent traction to help you feel confident with every step.
What are the features?
These sandals are free from animal-based materials and, therefore, are vegan! Thanks to the high quantity of recycled materials, they have a much more environmentally responsible design compared to conventional sandals and are built to last.
The Hurricane XL2 Sandals are treated with Life Natural, a responsibly sourced, peppermint-based odour treatment that reduces odour build-up and is ideal for everyday wear.
A hook-and-loop closure is quick and easy to use and helps adjust the fit. The strap ends are injection-moulded for durability and are easy to grip in a hurry.
