What is the Featherlite Jacket?
The Featherlite is a lightweight windproof jacket designed for fast paced activity on exposed mountain trails. Ideal for the UK, otherwise known as the windiest country in Europe, the Featherlite will keep you protected and comfortable all day long, although it doesn't guarantee you won't blow away like Mary Poppins.
What is it made of?
The Featherlite comprises Wind Barrier Dynamic material that is lightweight and provides excellent protection against wind chill. It completely blocks wind whilst remaining breathable, allowing you to stay comfortable and regulate body temperature during intense sessions.
What are its features?
The collar is designed with a close, but not uncomfortable, fit to help retain warmth.
The full-length zip on the front has a built-in wind strip to block the wind at the entry point, maximising the wind resistance by covering every inch of the jacket.
A zippered chest pocket is ideal for storing small essentials like a mobile phone, keys or trail snacks, as they're easily within reach and won't get in your way.
Partially elasticated cuffs help draw the material closer to your wrists to prevent breezes from flying up big gaps in the sleeves, allowing you to wear chunky gloves or mitts underneath if it's freezing.
A rear hem adjustment also allows you to cinch in the bottom of the jacket to increase heat retention.
