90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Torque Jacket?

The Torque Jacket is a hooded softshell jacket designed with technical mountain users in mind. This functional jacket is packed with specialised features to support you through challenging expeditions yet remains one of the lightest softshell jackets in Rab’s range.

What is it made from?

A combination of Rab's signature Matrix™ fabrics are used to construct the Torque Jacket. Matrix™ fabrics are softshell materials with a high level of (30+) UPF UV protection and weather-resistant properties. Using Matrix™ stretch double weave on the outer shell allows added manoeuvrability, whilst durable Ripstop Matrix™ double weave reinforcement panels offer extra protection from rough surfaces, ideal for tackling steep inclines or hitting the rocks with some outdoor climbing.

What are its features?

Starting from the top: the fully adjustable, helmet-compatible hood is great for mountaineers and climbers, with concealed front cordlocks and a stiffened peak for when the weather turns a little nasty. This jacket has a two-way opening YKK® VISLON front zip with an internal storm flap for added protection from wet, windy weather. A zippered chest pocket is ideal for storing your phone or keys, whilst two zippered hand pockets offer extra storage for small essentials like your headphones and snacks.The cuffs are fitted with an anti-snag hook and loop adjustment with extended knuckle protection, allowing a closer fit to the wrist and additional coverage over the hands. The drawcord hem is fully adjustable if you want to tighten the jacket's fit or tuck it in during breezy spells.

This jacket comes in a regular fit, which allows you to layer up underneath.

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
