90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Seral 7?

The Seral is an ultra-comfortable, breathable, feature-packed hipbelt designed primarily for biking, but will work just as well for walking, travelling, running, climbing... you get the idea — it's versatile! What sets the Seral apart from most hipbelts, though, is the included reservoir, but more about that later.

What is it made of?

The Seral is constructed from a tough 600D recycled PET Bluesign approved nylon. Bluesign ensures the fabric is made by those who are working in healthy environments and that the fabric itself is sustainable. This particular fabric is about as tough as it comes on a bag/hipbelt and is designed to last for years.

What are its features?

An AirScape backpanel allows air to escape (hence the name AirScape!) through various channels cut into a soft, comfortable foam. A wide mesh-covered belt grips securely to clothing and holds your kit in place while you carve your way down a trail. An included Hydraulics Lumbar Reservoir stores enough water for a few hours riding and makes it easy to hydrate on the go. Storage-wise, you've got a front zipped pocket for items you need quick access to, twin hipbelt pockets for snacks, an internal clip for your keys and a scratch-free sunglasses/phone pocket. All that packed into a 7-litre hipbelt!
