.For added durability and ruggedness, the bottom of the backpack is crafted from sturdy 420D nylon with a PFC-free DWR coating. Whether navigating busy airports or placing your backpack on various surfaces during hiking, the reinforced bottom provides extra protection against abrasion and potential damage.
Inside the backpack, the lining is made from 40% post-consumer recycled 135D polyester. Like the exterior materials, it also features a PFC-free DWR coating, providing an extra layer of protection against moisture. Using post-consumer recycled polyester helps reduce waste and minimise the environmental footprint of the backpack.
The buckles on the Zulu LT backpack are Bluesign-approved. This certification signifies that the buckles meet strict environmental and safety standards, ensuring responsible manufacturing and materials use. It's a mark of eco-consciousness and quality.

The one-piece hip belt offers seamless and even support, while strategically placed linear mesh on the back panel and harness helps distribute the load for a stable and comfortable on-trail experience.
The backpack also includes a ComfortWrap shoulder harness with a sternum strap that features an integrated safety whistle and a hydration clip for added convenience.
