With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

What is the Trailblazer 10?
Versatile, lightweight a great fit – the Trailblazer 10 will be your go-to bag when you’re heading out for dog walks, day hikes and everyday commuting. The generously sized main pouch and stretchy side pockets ensure you have enough space to stash all your bits.
What is it made of?
The majority of the pack is made using Polyamide, which is tough and lightweight. The Back insert, shoulder straps and lining is all 100% polyester. The side pockets are made using 88%polyamide and 12% elastane so the pockets will stretch over your bottles. Lastly, all the foam used throughout the pack is 100% Polyethylene, which is soft and hard-wearing. The whole pack is then given a DWR coating which helps light rain bead off the pack. This doesn’t make the pack waterproof, so if you’re heading out for a day in the rain then make sure you take a cover or drybags.
What are the features?
Starting from the top, the padded shoulder straps are adjustable so can be synched down or loosened up depending on who’s using the pack. There is an adjustable chest strap and a webbing loop belt for added stability. The stretchy side pockets ensure that your gear is always easy to reach. The main pouch on the pack has a giant clam-shell style opening so you can easily get to the gear at bottom of your pack without needing to unload everything.
