90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Duro 1.5?

The Duro is an ultra-lightweight, minimalist running pack for shorter adventures while carrying less kit. Despite its lightweight nature, it doesn't scrimp on features...

What is it made of?

It's made using a tough yet lightweight 70x140D nylon fabric with a ripstop weave. This fabric is more than tough enough to deal with regular, relentless use yet only weighs a few hundred grams, making the pack almost unnoticeable on your back.

Which backsystem does it use?

The Duro uses a vest-style harness system, meaning it sits higher than your average walking/trekking pack and wraps around your body more snugly. This also virtually eliminates bounce — one of the most annoying aspects of running with a pack! All contact areas are lined with a comfortable moisture-wicking mesh for additional comfort and breathability. The Duro also features two sternum straps which hold the shoulder straps in place and can be undone with just a quick pull — these are far easier to use with big gloves on.

What are its features?

Storage-wise, there are two stretch mesh side pockets, multiple PowerMesh pockets, a front zipped pocket and the main 1.5L compartment itself.

Included with the pack are two 250ml Soft Flasks with an 'extension hose' to make drinking on the go that much easier. These flasks neatly slot into their own pockets on the shoulder straps. If you'd rather not use bottles, there's a hydration sleeve for use with a bladder (not included). Other useful features include an internal clip for your keys, reflective graphics and an LED attachment point so you're easily visible and Stow-on-the-Go trekking pole attachment points.
