90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions

If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Aeon LT 5?

The Aeon LT 5 is a handy waist pack that offers five litres of storage for done-in-day activities and fast-paced adventures, whether trail running your favourite mountain route or walking the dog before work.

What is it made of?

The outer fabric Aeon LT 5 is a mixture of 70D and 140D Nylon, which is 50% recycled. It's extremely durable and abrasion resistant yet lightweight, making this bag reliable enough to use on a regular basis, daily even, or in rugged mountain terrain.

Inside, the pack is lined with polyester to lower the bulk without compromising quality. It gives the bag a smooth finish to protect items inside and is durable enough to endure heavy use without looking raggedy and worn inside.

What are its features?

The AirContour™ lumbar pad is designed to cushion and support the bag when worn, without feeling bulky and annoying. It's highly breathable, and the pre-curved shaping makes it comfortable for high-intensity activities like trail running and fastpacking.

The belt is fastened with an adjustable inset single-sided buckle that's easy to get hold of, as you won't need to reach or twist around to the back to access it.

Dual zipped compartments offer a variety of storage, helping you to keep your belongings nice and organised. There are also further external mesh stash pockets on the front, handy for items such as snacks, energy gels or doggy bags.

Four small webbing tabs allow you to attach keys or small carabiners if the pockets aren't enough, and a light loop offers extra visibility in poor or dark conditions. Finally, the internal security pocket is perfect for tucking away keys or some emergency cash.

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
