You can apply wax to the lower legs of trousers to create a gaiter, put some on the upper thighs to repel water from jacket run off, wax the entire garment to make it weatherproof, you get the idea.  Simply apply by rubbing into the fabric by hand and then finish off with any heat source such as a domestic iron, hair drier or even your camping stove.

I found it quite difficult to end up with a nice wax finish on my hat. I resorted to heating the end of the wax block a little then rubbing that in with my fingers. In retrospect I think giving the hat a good wash before starting the waxing may have been the best bet.

Havent yet used this block - bought for my new Fjallraven jacket. However have used this on my other / old Fjallraven jacket and its good stuff and very versatile. Can vary how much you apply, keeps jacket weather proof and helps longevity - my older jacket is over 30 years old & still going strong! Wax is dry and not greasy like on some other brands and can be washed out at 40 degrees.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Great for making your G1000 gear more water resistant.

The product I bought was competitively priced. The video demonstration of the product assisted me in my decision to purchase the item and was very informative, as it showed all of the features and the fit. I chose "click and collect" which was an efficient and quick process. I would definitely shop here again.
