90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Essential Beanie?

There's a clue in the name... it's an essential! This beanie is a staple piece for any winter wardrobe. It has a refined, basic design and does the job nicely to keep your head and ears toasty during the colder months. It's minimal style makes it versatile enough to wear hill-walking and hiking, or running more casual errands closer to home.

What is it made of?

The Essential Beanie is constructed with 100% recycled fibres, so not only is it functional and cosy, but sustainable too!

The main fabric uses 100% recycled polyester in a narrow rib knit to create a timeless military style beanie hat. It feels lightweight yet really thick and cosy and provides plenty of flexibility to fit over and adapt to different head shapes.

What are the features?

This beanie hat is a little less techy than some of the others in the Rab range, but that's the beauty of it!

The narrow rib knit and turn-up style gives this hat a more old-school feel that you know you can rely on for warmth and comfort. This traditional look is complemented by the woven, retro style Rab logo badge placed on the hat's border.

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
