What are the Dihedral Shorts?
They're lightweight, stretchy shorts built for mountain activities, primarily climbing, during summer. They offer great freedom of movement and durability to survive long days on the rock face while allowing unhindered performance.
What are they made of?
The Dihedral Shorts comprise Ascender fabric made of polyamide and elastane. It's stretchy and durable yet lightweight, offering maximum mobility for steep ascents and technical moves. Ascender material can also wick away moisture effectively and dry quickly to ensure sweat doesn't accumulate and leave you feeling damp and uncomfortable for the rest of the day.
This fabric is coated in a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating to make them repel light rain without using harmful 'forever' chemicals that damage the environment.
What are the features?
Two hand pockets and two rear pockets allow you to organise small essentials without having them get in the way of your every move, whether it's energy gels, finger tape or a mobile phone.
The waistband is elasticated for enhanced comfort and comes with an integrated belt. The belt is light and low-bulk, meaning it sits nicely underneath a climbing harness without digging in.
To give you an idea of the length, the inseam measures 21cm/8.3 inches in size 34.
