What is the Cormac?
The Cormac is a versatile, lightweight baselayer that can be used for a multitude of high output activities indoors or outdoors. So if you are an avid gym-goer or love running and walking in the mountains then this is the baselayer for you.
What is the Cormac made of?
Made from a 100% polyester gridded fabric that Arc’teryx has dubbed Ostria, it boasts of brilliant wicking capabilities and the soft next-to-skin finish feels a bit like luxurious soft cotton or modal fabric tee shirt.
What are the features?
The Cormac uses strategically placed Merrow stitching for next to skin comfort and structure. For you late night runners where you want a bit more visibility you have reflective blades on the hem of the sleeves, and for the sunny day activists, you get a UPF rating of 50+, as well as the Arc'teryx DAO treatment that stands for Durable Anti Odour which inhibits the growth of odour causing bacteria. See, we told you it was versatile.
How does the Cormac fit?
The Cormac fits into Arcteryx's 'Regular fit' fit block, which means that it doesn't sit snug to your body, and instead gives you more of a relaxed, flowy fit for optimal venting and to not restrict your movement.
Summary
We have stocked and loved the Cormac for years. It's beautiful in its simplicity, yet still clever and well thought out. We're sure you'll love it just as much as we do!
