90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the VIA Stretch Headband?

The VIA Stretch Headband is super lightweight and designed to keep you comfortable while out trail running, fastpacking and hiking in colder conditions.

What is the VIA Stretch Headband made from?

Using their own Thermo Lite fabric, Montane have designed the VIA Stretch Headband to be super lightweight and breathable. The brushed back fleece is stretchy and provides a super comfortable close fit allowing it to wick away sweat and keep your head dry whilst you are working hard.

To combat the odour associated with sweaty polyester fabrics, Montane use a Polygiene permanent anti-odour treatment, allowing you to wear the VIA stretch on multi-day trips without offending your trail buds!

What are the features?

The VIA Stretch Headband can be packed into your pack or even kept in a pocket until you need it.

Its ergonomic fit makes for a sleek close fit and delivers prime protection from winter conditions. The flat bonded edges provide extra comfort again, making this the perfect headband for your winter days outdoors, even under a helmet.

There is also a reflective VIA graphic on the back to make you stand out just that little more on those darker days.
