90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

The Fitzroy Jacket is packed with PrimaLoft Gold (100g fill in the body with 60g in the arms and hood). The PrimaLoft Gold is the rebranded PrimaLoft One. It rivals the weight and compressibility of down and keeps you warm when wet; what more do you want from your insulation layer?

The Drilite Loft II outer fabric is a totally windproof and highly water resistant. Drilite is a Nylon fabric that is hard wearing yet light enough to allow the insulation to fully loft; therefore it can trap more arm air keeping you nice and toasty.

The Fitzroy jacket features Shoulder Shield Construction which is a one piece shoulder and arm panel and a dual layer fill; this reduces the amount of seams, resulting in fewer water entry points and potential forming of cold spots on this key area of wear.

Designed with a bit of extra space to allow you to throw this on over other layers (M.E.’s Mountain Fit) is what makes this jacket perfect for use in cold conditions.

Most people are scared to wash their outdoor jackets but like all equipment it does need to be maintained. It is actually really easy! Feel free to give the shop a call from 09:00 until 17:30 Monday to Saturday (19:30 on a Wednesday), as we are always happy to help and give friendly advice.
