With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
90-day returns period
We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).
For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

Mountain Equipment have used their tried and tested Exolite softshell fabric for these new technical Frontier Pants. Exolite is a 4 way stretch Soft Shell fabric with a double weave construction that has a smooth outer to resist abrasion and a soft inner lining to provide comfort next to skin and to wick away moisture to keep you dry and comfortable. Lightweight Exolite 175 is used throughout and is reinforced with burlier Exolite 275 on the knees and seat to provide enhanced abrasion and weather resistance to these vulnerable areas. These all-mountain pants are perfect for all year round use as a versatile, wind resistant and breathable option.
They have an trim Alpine Fit with a regular fit ankle. The combination of the tailored Alpine Fit block, with its high waist band allows for a great range of movement and lower back coverage, and the Regular Fit Ankle means these pants are incredible versatile. Whether you are walking, climbing or mountaineering, they will accommodate low volume footwear with the ankle zipped up with the ankle unzipped they allow room for bulkier footwear.
Fitted with two hand pockets and a useful thigh pocket for maps and guides they also feature twin zipped thigh vents with mesh linings to increase ventilation if things are getting a bit sticky. Reinforced kick strips at the instep provide protection from crampons and ski edges and combine with the other practical features and superb fabric to create an all-round high performance pair of technical softshell pants.
