90-day returns period

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

Exemptions

The Powergorilla Powerful Rugged High-Tech 5V - 24V charger. This beast of a machine has been designed to recharge pretty much everything from your laptop, yes I said laptop, all the way down to you teenie tiny mobile phone. All you have to do is select the correct out-put you need, whether is it 5V, 8.4V, 9.5V, 12V, 16V, 19V or 24V. The clear LCD screen displays what voltage you have chosen and how much charge is left in the Lithium Polymer battery.

The fact that you can daisy-chain allows you to juice up your Powergorilla while it charges your devices, or charge your laptop and your phone at the same time; this is what makes this device highly versatile. It is simple to use as it only has one button and looks pretty styling too with its shock-resistant rubber strips and aluminium casing.

The Powergorilla has input voltage auto recognition, simply put, it will recgonise what voltage your AC laptop requires (between 16 - 24V only). You also have the ability to lock the Powergorilla on by double-clicking the on/off button when the LCD display Fashes once connected to a device. If you select the 8.8 option on the LCD screen you can lock on the USB port, which is great when charging a device that has a low power consumption.
