90-day returns period

We hope that you are perfectly happy with your order from Trekitt, but we understand that you may want to return your purchase. We offer a 90 days return period from the date of purchase, and endeavour to process all returns within 48 hours of receipt.

We do not offer a free returns service. Therefore, all customers are responsible for any postage costs when returning any goods (excluding warranty returns).

For your convenience, follow here to the Royal Mail Returns Portal to arrange return postage for your items. Please use our warehouse returns address (Returns, Unit H&J, Moreton Business Park, Hereford, HR4 8DS) when completing the form.

This is not a Trekitt operated service.

Exemptions
PPE (Facemasks, Climbing Equipment etc. ), Food Goods, Accessory Cord, Socks & Underwear can only be returned if they have not been worn and/or removed from their original packaging with all swing tags still attached. If there is any sign or possibility that the goods have been used, tampered with or contaminated in any way, then we cannot accept a return on the grounds of consumer safety. Zips are typically not covered under a manufacturer's warranty.

What is the Quest Pull On?

We have stocked, used and loved the Quest range for years; the Quest Pull is one of our all-time favourite pieces. It suits everything from Pub to Peak – Ideal if you’re heading our for a drink straight after you finish your hike. The relaxed fit and clean finish make it the ideal piece for layering, but it can also be work on it’s own when the weather is a bit milder. The updated version is now made with recycled fabrics, so not only do you get a piece that preforms exceptionally well on the trails, but it also has stunning environmental credentials!

What is it made from?

The Quest is now made from 100% Recycled polyester. Not only is polyester great at wicking away moisture and dries quickly, but Polyester fleece is also about half the weight of a woolly jumper and provides excellent comfort and insulation. A textured knit-look outer fabric gives this jacket a slightly smoother, less fluffy appearance – it works perfectly under a waterproof shell or on its own.

What are the features?

The Quest features a nice high collar to keep out the drafts and has soft-touch jersey fabric trims for added comfort. The ¼ length YKK front zip opening features a chin guard too protect you chin from the cold zip. Pocket-wise, you get a YKK zipped chest pocket to stash you phone or compass.

How do the Quest Fit?

The Quest features Rabs ‘Relaxed fit’ which makes it perfect for technical layering, as a woolly jumper replacement, or for just chilling out.

Regular Fit: Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting garments that are bang in the middle. The middle is good.

Relaxed Fit: Drapes loosely on the body, baggy fit.

1Chest

Run the tape around the fullest part of your chest, the tape should be just below the arm pit and over the shoulder blades whilst horizontal to the floor.

2Waist

Measure around your natural waist as show in the diagram

3Inseam

Measure your inside leg from crotch to ankle blone keeping your leg straight: not as easy as it sounds, you could take a pair of trousers that you already own, that fit you well, and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.

4Sleeve

This is a bit more tricky! Measure from the top of your spine (at the bottom of your neck) to your elbow and on the your wrist

5Arm

You should place the beginning of the measuring tape behind your shoulder, and feed it out following your arm making sure to pass both the elbow joint and the wrist, as pictured. You should take the measurement at the point where you would like the sleeve to end. This is usually just past your wrist.
